Please fill out the form below to sign up for The Holding Space, a virtual therapy-facilitated support group offering space for people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, unsafe, or disheartened by the current political and cultural climate in Texas. This group provides guided reflection, emotional processing, and peer connection to help participants regulate, build resilience, and find meaning together.
This group is a mental health group and participants will be asked to fill out demographic information, sign consent forms, and agree to company policies and group rules. Confidentiality for the information provided to Creative Solutions Coaching, PLLC is HIPAA compliant and participants will have the options to customize their names and videos in the group settings. Each participant will decide what they feel comfortable sharing in the group. Meetings will NOT be recorded and the chats will NOT be stored or accessible outside of the group meeting.
