Therapy for Adults

Neuroinclusive, thoughtful, and grounded in real life.

Therapy should be a place where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and be taken seriously without having to explain or defend yourself.

People come to therapy here for many reasons. Some feel overwhelmed or burned out. Some feel emotionally reactive or shut down. Some are navigating identity questions, life transitions, or long-standing patterns that no longer feel workable. Others simply want a space where their experience is met with curiosity rather than assumptions.

This practice is built for adults who want support that is respectful, practical, and responsive to who they are, not who they are expected to be.

I work with adults who want a therapy space that feels steady, respectful, and usable.
  • feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally overloaded
  • have been misunderstood or oversimplified in past support settings
  • are navigating identity questions or life changes
  • want tools that fit their needs rather than advice that assumes a “typical” experience
There is no expectation that you show up a certain way to begin.
