Neurodivergent Coaching
Structure, strategy, and self-trust — built for real life.
Coaching is for adults who want practical support that translates — not pressure, not pathologizing, and not one-size-fits-all advice.
We work on the places life gets sticky: follow-through, decision fatigue, overwhelm cycles, boundaries, time blindness, perfectionism, burnout recovery, and building systems that match your brain.
Sessions are collaborative and action-oriented. We’ll make sense of what’s happening, identify the real constraints, and build strategies you can actually use — with flexibility for capacity, stress, and changing seasons.
Who Coaching Is For
- Adults who feel capable but chronically overloaded
- People who have tried “productivity” advice and felt worse
- Neurodivergent adults building sustainable structure
- Professionals, creatives, caregivers, and clinicians who need systems that fit
- Anyone navigating overwhelm, transitions, or burnout patterns
What We Work On
- Planning, follow-through, and realistic prioritization
- Overwhelm cycles, shutdown, and recovery pacing
- Time management that accounts for attention and friction
- Boundary-setting without self-blame
- Communication strategies and relationship strain
- Identity, masking, and building a life that feels like yours
How Coaching Works
- Clarify the real problem. We identify what’s actually driving the pattern (not just the surface symptom).
- Build a system, not a personality overhaul. Supports should reduce friction — not require constant willpower.
- Design for capacity. We plan around energy, stress, and context so change holds up in real life.
- Adjust and refine without shame. We revise the plan based on what’s working, what isn’t, and what your week can realistically hold.
Not Sure If It’s Coaching or Therapy?
- Coaching focuses on strategy, structure, and action planning.
- Therapy is clinical treatment for mental health concerns.
Coaching FAQ
No. Coaching can be helpful whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or simply noticing patterns that point to neurodivergent traits and executive function strain.
We’ll identify one or two priority targets, map what’s getting in the way, and build strategies you can use immediately. You’ll leave with clarity, next steps, and a plan that respects your capacity.
Some clients come for short-term support around a transition or burnout season. Others prefer ongoing coaching as a steady, practical support. Packages are available when it’s a fit.
Yes. Coaching is open to clients in any state or country because it is not mental health treatment.
