LPC Supervision · Texas

Clinical supervision grounded in a neurocontextual lens.

Supervision for LPC-Associates who want more than hour-signing. Support that's honest about clinical uncertainty, attentive to your development as a clinician, and shaped around how you actually think and work.

My approach to supervision

I supervise across a range of theoretical modalities. Supervision is about your development as a clinician, not about replicating my framework. That said, if you're drawn to Neurocontextual Systems Therapy (NST) or want to understand how a mismatch-based, neuroinclusive lens can shape case conceptualization, that's a natural part of the work we can do together.

Supervision sessions focus on real clinical reasoning: how you're conceptualizing cases, where you're feeling uncertain, and what's actually happening in the room, not just paperwork and hour logs. I aim to model the same thing I bring to client work, reducing unnecessary pressure and performance, and building clarity and confidence in how you practice.

Areas of clinical specialty

My clinical background centers on neurodivergent adults, and supervision draws on that depth. It's particularly useful if your caseload includes clients navigating these presentations.

ADHD Autism AuDHD OCD Chronic Illness + Neurodivergence

I supervise associates across many theoretical modalities. This list reflects specialty focus areas, not a requirement for the clients you see.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this supervision for?

LPC-Associates in Texas working toward full licensure who want a supervisor experienced with neurodivergent clients, whether or not that's your specialty.

Do I need to specialize in neurodivergence to work with you?

Not at all. Many associates I supervise have general caseloads. My background is simply available if you want it.

Is supervision virtual or in-person?

All supervision is currently held virtually, which keeps scheduling flexible across Texas.

What does a session actually cover?

Case conceptualization, clinical judgment, documentation questions, ethics, and the practical realities of building a caseload, tailored to where you are in development.

Is group supervision available?

Not yet. Individual supervision is available now, with group supervision in development. Reach out if you'd like to be notified when it opens.
