Social Interaction Profile – Assessment of Social Energy, Stress & Communication
The Social Interaction Profile is a structured self-assessment tool that helps people understand why social interaction feels difficult. It separates social strain into three distinct areas: social energy, emotional stress, and understanding and communication. Many tools combine these into a single result; this profile keeps them separate so users can see whether their limits are driven by exhaustion, emotional pressure, interpretation effort, or a combination of all three.
The tool does not provide a diagnosis and does not measure personality, motivation, or social ability. It measures the cost of social interaction. Results are interpreted by pattern rather than by a single score, making it useful for autistic and neurodivergent adults, people with social anxiety, clinicians, and anyone who wants clearer language for their social experience.
